Have the Almanac structured like a upgrade tree, instead of a simple list
Something like this ---> https://www.reddit.com/gallery/11l8ifd
The Almanac is good for seeing the types of cards a class has available, but finding specific cards in it is a nightmare, and finding all the possible upgrade paths for a single card beyond its immediate upgrade is a nightmare. For example, if I want to find all the possible progressive upgrades for "Sword Slash". I can easily find "Sword slash", and see what it upgrades into, but then I have to find those 3 cards too, to see what each of *those* upgrade into, and then the amount of cards I have to check increases exponentially, and it is extremely labour intensive.
If the almanac was structured somewhat like a "skill tree" like above, it would be much easier to track card progression and make quicker decisions. I imagine it might be hard to get every card on one screen, so it could be split up into the 3 types, and perhaps have the screen draggable around so not every card in the tree has to be on the screen at once.

NordosI find that the current way it is structured is already a nice step - but just not extensive enough.
Basically, when I select a card, I see what the transformations are. That is quite nice, since I can click on the card and see what its transformations are.
That helps with trying to decide which card to take, since you can see what you can evolve into. What it does NOT help with, though, is to see which cards I need to take when I am aming for a specific upgrade.
So, I would simply adapt the view a bit. Instead of having only the card showing its upgrades, there should be an option to allow being able to see all downgrades from it.
(Additionally, make legendaries be able to be selectable, and, as mentioned, show possible cards that can transform into it) -

HellishHueHerselfif nothing else, set it up so you have the card and can see its upgrades below it like you have now, but also have all possible predecessors above it
