Debuff class / cards

Building off a post I saw earlier, I think a cool feature that could be added would be debuff cards / dot cards. For example cards which do low damage but stack poison to do damage per round to targeted enemies, cards which reduce enemy strength / and maybe even cards for warrior which debuff them but give them big damage increases.
