Add a 'Monsters' tab to the Almanac

  I'm still surprise this hasn't been added to the game yet. Book of Demons has something similar to this.

  While this is a good idea, we won't be adding it. The Almanac Monsters tab would mean *a lot* of extra text in the game. It would have to be translated into all the languages and then updated. We prefer to use these resources to make content that directly impacts the gameplay.
