Make matching to game in progress optional.

Add a checkbox in the lobby so players can opt out of being matched to games where the party is already on a much higher floor.

I would like to see this - this is how i imagine it would work the best.

Don't join a game in progress [click here to start at level 1 and await players]
2 players needed for levels 1-5 [click here to join]
1 player needed for level 1-5 [click here to join]
2 players needed for level 131 - 136 [click here to join]
